I did my first web site in my internship but I didn't put any of this, what is all of that for, and also how can I do it so I can get credit for doing this web site, should I put my name at the bottom or a ling to my e-mail or something, it is not like anything amazing but I would like to get some business out of it.

You own the copyright to the design, unless, as an employee of the company at the time of the designing, your work is "assumed" as the property of the company. In other words, if you are a paid employee of the company, then the work you do for them is theirs, not yours, for copyright purposes.
