Cursor jumps around on Form

created in DreamWeaver. so, if you tab to the 2nd and 3rd TextField it is usually fine but if you click into it the cursor jumps back to TextField 1. Not sure what is going on - any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

This shows how to set the tab order.

You also might clear out your browser's cache/history, then see if the problem still exists.
