Tags on IE 7

Can Anyone help? I have noticed that on IE7 you can open differnet tabs on the same browser each tab shows the relevant page you are on for example on this one it shows WebDeveloper.com name and also an image/pic of the sites logo, can anyone help me apply the same to other sites so the tab shows the websites logo??
