CSS Image Map - Help Please

Hi

I am trying to create a css rollover image map here is my example http://www.retailexchange.co.uk/testmap.htm if you roll over 'chichester' you will see that the area changes colour, great got this part working.

What I need to add is some text that goes under the map image when you roll over the different map parts.......... but I am stuck as how to do this... does anyone know how to achieve this?

Right after all that, I no longer need the text as a rollover, so here is the map at this stage http://www.retailexchange.co.uk/map2.asp

The thing is now if you view it in IE, the rollovers mess up, they appear then once you rollout, it becomes a mess.....very odd, take a look and you will see what I mean.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong here?
