Unhover animation

I just post this in another forum;

I got this animated image about 2secs, but when I unhover over it from
a button it simple popouts and wont finish the remaing second. Can I do this in css?

and because css cannot do this how do I do it in flash? they say flash is the answer. Hope you could help, Thanks!

I cant u clearly. For stopping an animation u just have to give stop(); thats it.
