Try viewing it in IE6 - the top half is completely out of sync with the bottom. Tidy up those errors.

I would recommend not changing text size on rollover....
I mean really, if the change is a large amount and you mouse over the end of the link it loops real quick and is quite distracting. And then, if the text itself is afecting page layout like most of the links on the bottom third of the page it jumps around like crazy! its very distracting... older uses would hate things moving around for sure.
I recommend NOT writing anything in complete uppercase, it is yelling.
The smart phone products boxes text is breaking the layout, probably want to use a fixed width font or limit the database field or something... the image doesnt look like its transparent on its background either.
Its very wierd how none of the links on the main page link through to anything thats consistent with the design of the main page... continuity is a primary aspect of a good website design.
Finally I would suggest making a block of main content focused near the center of the page somewhere that tells the user something, anything, about the primary goal of the site or product or whatever it is the site is about.

Thanks,
Good to get some critiques on it. All good input, will have to figure some of the suggestions out as far as to how to make those changes. But thanks again.
Note: Did not even realize did not even have something that says what the heck the site was about. The link pages, I do agree, do not flow with the site as far as looks. Guess I reverse enginered this with the product pages first and then the main index page last. Will have to go back and redo those to make it more consistant. Thanks.
Not sure how to stop all that blinking link thing so will try to reduce the size to see what happens.
Why breaking up on IE 6 at top not sure. Will fix the other problems and then figure out what line of code is doing that.
Thanks agin.
