:eek: I don't know how much this will help but new site has been opened for a small town Busovaca with subdomain on :

- Lacks professional appearance.
- Many annoying winks, blinks, and nods... and their accompanying sound effects
- News scroller works poorly: the rolling effect is jagged
- Poor color choices
- Superfluous links

I suggest you look at the Web Style Guide (http://www.webstyleguide.com/) and some other community sites to get an idea as to how this design should look.

Maybe now is little better, news on index page are now faster and green boxes are removed.
I was looking at free web template on OSWD.com
but I want to do something on my own.

It won't load the shoutbox in Firefox, which proves to be even more annoying than having it there because at the moment it is reloading every second. Other than that you have many errors in your code and poor quality images. I would work on the code first and the design second. Also, as KDLA says, it contains all the annoying gimics that look really great when you start webdesign, but in fact only serve to irritate and hinder your visitors.

Don't worry, it's all part of the process - you'll get there in the end. :D
