I don't really like the left side justify you have.

At the very bottom of the page, there is an orange box in the bottom left corner

- The design is too busy and contains too many colors. Simplify.
- The Google ads at the top distract from your content. Move them to the bottom.
- The information describing the intent of the site should be more prominent.

Far too many adverts on there for my liking...

Not only do you have Google adverts across the top, but also animated GIF adverts along the right... the animated gif adverts are bad enough on their own, but coupled with your animated flash banner, there's just too much distraction in my opinion.

As KDLA said, move the google ads off the top - bring them to the bottom, or alternatively have them vertical on the right (where your current animated gif ads are)... then get rid of the animated ad's on the right. If you do this, I think it'll look far less busy (is that grammatically possible?), whilst keeping the design of the website pretty much unchanged - but working so much more effectively for you.

I was designing this site for a company now they won't let me change it their saying it's just fine the way it is! snap's I thought I was dumb.
