I would make the flash header a little smaller.

There are some alignment problems in IE:
- Your tabs overlay the text of your subtitle
- The gray content box isn't as wide as the photo area above it
You should avoid using Flash for essential elements, such as navigation. If the viewer does not have the Flash plug-in, then they are unable to browse your site.

IE= no flash and LOTS of allignment errors in the text... sorry mate
