Hi Guys,
I'm not sure if I am in the right section and you may be able to advise me on the right section.
I am looking for a web development company that needs or wants a usability engineer, I am also interested in getting involved in marketing alothoug I am not qualified in marketing.
Any Ideas?

If you're interested in getting involved in marketing, then you'd be best off getting some qualifications in it. Alternatively, if that is impractical, have you thought about volunteering for a charity local to you? They're usually more than happy to take volunteers on... Perhaps you could help them with advertising, leaflets, or working on their website - all of that is marketing. Not only would this experience look great on your CV/Resumé, it would also reflect positively on you - the fact that you're willing to give up some of your free time to help a worthwhile cause (perhaps as little as one or two hours a week, although prospective employers don't need to know that!).
Regards the question about usability engineers - get in touch with local web development companies. Write to them, and supply them with a copy of your CV/Resumé. Perhaps even setup a small 'personal' website where you can showcase your talents - and make sure you tell the companies about it, so they can see what you're capable of. The worst case scenario is that they tell you they aren't looking for anyone at present - but at least they'll know your name, and most of the time will keep your information on record for a few months, just in case.
They say it's not 'what' you know, but 'who' you know - hence "networking" is such a popular option nowadays when trying to negotiate new business deals and markets - you need to get out there and sell yourself, otherwise how else will these companies know you exist?
