Upload via http

I've got to upload some files to a server which isn't ftp enabled, I've been told I can upload via HTTP. How or what software will I need to get to be able to do this?

That probably means you need to talk to the server administrator, and ask if they have a web based upload form. You could make your own, but you would need someway to get it on the server in the first place...
