New to flash and need advice?!

Hi

I'm fairly new to using flash and don't fully understand window modes! I have created a flow chart in flash that uses simple yes or no buttons whenever you have to make a decision! The problem I encountered when adding it to my website was that the DHTML menu appeared beneath the flash movie!

A small amount of research later and I discovered that setting the window mode to transparant would allow the menu to appear over the top of the flash movie! However The yes and no buttons do not work like this???

Can someone please explain why this is happening, and if there is something I can do about it!

Can u detail this. whether ur DHTMLmenu is appearing on rollover a specific button or not..?

The menu is a javascript menu that makes divs appear and disappear when various links are clicked or there is a mouse over event!

Since posting this message I have since discovered that it appears when I add in the wmode options when embedding the flash to make it transparent so that the menu appears over the top of it that the problems occur. It seems that the flash doesn't always work properly and the buttons in it don't always work! It is not at all a problem when not using the transparent mode?!
