Nice transitions - great perspective from the background really focuses the eye to the flash move and lovely 3d preloader. I like it.
Gripes - You've got an issue with the html menu at the top - it blows out on roll over (I'm using IE)
The scroller rollover is a bit clunky, I'd look at your frame rate or interval to smooth that out.
One last thing - the movies take a while to load and jumping from html to html page means another wait for the flash to come in. It may be an idea to still keep the html pages and use anchor tags in the main flash swf. With redirectors on the html page to the correct place in the flash movie then you'll keep the advantages of SEO but also be able to keep the flash loading in the background and bing down the wait time.
Hope this helps.

Positive: Nice color scheme, Effectively outlines the purpose of the site
Negative: Use of Flash for Navigation (If someone does not have flash they can not explore past your initial index page), Lack of SEO, Design not evenly spread throughout the page, Does not pass validation (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fportalgh.com)
