New to HTML, Please help with streaming audio files.

I am building a new website and would like to know if anyone can point me in the right direction to learn how to stream audio files. I have a page that allows you to click on various clips to hear a sample from my CDs. I am not sure that I have written the code to do this in an efficient manner. Specifically, I want to safeguard against the clips being downloaded (music being stolen). The web page in question is www.organ-concerts.com/discography.htm if you wish to look at it.

I was able to download the file (although I'm not sure if it was the actual music file. It was 788 KB). You can check here (http://www.wimpyplayer.com/). They have a play that allows you to stop downloads, even in the tmp file.
