I don't have a credit card either but I use a visa debit card, maybe one of your banks offer them. They are cards you can use like a credit card. Mastercard and visa do them. Check it out :)

Humair, why not set up an offshore or international account, forward paypal payments to there and then transfer the profits to your own bank. Cheapest and easiest way and im not sure how taxes operate in pakistan but it could potentially make you a better profit if conducted correctly

Do you have a merchant account at a bank? If not, you can get manual merchant accounts really cheap now. Then you can use http://e-path.com.au. These guys rock in my book. No transactions fees and they are global - accept all currencies.

I am in Panama, and I use Paypal, even though the service isn't here.
How?
Well, you give Paypal the address of a mailbox in Miami, and if I get paid for anything, I use that money to buy stuff from E-Bay, online stores, etc. They're sent to my mailbox.
Problem is using that money in cash is impossible.
But Paypal does give people like me debit cards we can use to get money out of the bank. And that debit card is useful here.

Paypal disallows access to U.S. embargoed countries as well as those under U.S economic sanctions.

Got the heads up on http://payecom.com, a new world wide gateway launching October 5. Their only requirement is you have a merchant account at a bank. Can be any bank in the world and you can be in any country in the world.
I know about it because they are starting to get banner advertising organised. They don't have transaction fees either so you can receive as many credit card payments as you like without it costing you a cent. I'm very interested in this one myself, sounds very similar to the one I have already mentioned, http://e-path.com.au.
Could be what you are looking for.

Ouch.
Panama isn't blocked by Paypal. We just don't get that service yet. Costa Rica does, and I think Colombia does. Panama is always behind those two when it comes to technology.
It's a shame because the service is really good.

Hi,
I run a software company here in Pakistan.
you can use the following methods to collect and make payments.
Make Payments:
Get Visa/Master Card
Get a debit card=ATM card with visa logo on it (i myself use UBL, other banks HBL, Union, )
Any money exchange for outgoing wire.
All Pakistani banks will be able to help you on that they do provide this service amazed u dont know about it.
Collect Payments:
Western Union
UBLs click and remit
U can always have money wired
If you are established business get an internet merchant account from CitiBank(they are sucker for your profits tho)
hope this helps
cheers

Mate, just get a basic manaul merchant account with a bank and go with http://e-path.com.au. Its the cheapest of all systems and you'll be happening without any hassles.
