Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has any good ideas for me. I am using an athletics statistics program that automatically creates html files for me to use as a webcast of the stats for a game.

I don't want to use all the code they put up though and I can't edit the code from within the program, I was wondering if I could create a webpage that would go grab the certain lines of code that I need from those html files generated by the program and display them dynamically within that webpage. Any ideas? Anyone who would seriously like to work on this with me please email me personally and I will give you links to show the problem.

Thanks,

This can be done via PHP for a start. Does your hosting co support PHP?

And if you post the URL of the stats and give an idea of what you need from it, it would be easier still to answer.

I think we theoretically could use a php... but wouldn't like to if we didn't have to.

We could do something as simple as creating an external program or batch file that would erase the code I don't want and create a new file.

Please contact me with your email or instant message handle and I will provide you with links and a better description.
