I have been to webpages that have music playing and there is a sound on/off button usally in the lower right, or upper right.

1) Is that a html code or is that a player plug in?

2) How can I add that to my webpage?

3) I want to use my own music I have stored on my server?

That is probably using flash to play the music.

You will need Adobe/Macromedia Flash

Or get something related, which you can search at http://download.com

Or you can search this forum... this has been asked countless times before (and every time, there are strong arguments presented why you shouldn't bother with music on your site, and let your users listen to what they want to, not what you think they want to)
