I'm trying to make up some good startup website, with some bunch of information. can anyone give some feedbacks... negatives are welcome :)

It looks like a giant Google Adword... that's kind of a bad thing. There is no colour :( you should ad some blues maybe some green or orange. Just take a screenshot and edit it in PaintShop Pro or Paint.NET or whatever you use. It's all very bland I am sorry to say. The layout and structure is alright but it doesn't seem like a complete site yet. You need more to it and I think some colour, maybe some images for nav will do the job.

Good job so far but I wouldn't call it complete. It doesn't look bad, it just could look a lot better :) Good luck with improvements.
