I'm not sure if it is the letterspacing, ALL CAPS, or lack of contrast, but I find the horizontal navigation hard to read. Without my glasses, it is really hard to scan quickly.

Of the three you've submitted this week, I like this the best.

Wow - that "events" link goes to one ugly page. Shame you can't have that information on your page instead. ;)

One thing you may look into: the banner is really slow loading; I'm on a T1 line. 3 or 4 seconds for me, but for a slower connection, it could be a problem. Since the navigation is white text on a white background (while waiting for the background image to load), that may turn off some dial-up users.

Good Luck -

Yeah same here, I'm on a 5mb down connection and it really loaded slow.

Thanks for the compliments and comments, I'll look into lowering the resolution on that image.

Not sure what to do about the text yet, as far as it being hard to read.

Yeah that schedule is really really ugly, however there is so much content there that I can't afford to bring it over (they don't do an RSS or anything close, I doubt that site is even dynamic)

The shadow is part of an image, which was carefully sliced up and positioned via CSS. It's quite complex and basically took alot of practice to get it right...
