Hello every one,

I'm trying to figure out how I would connect to my shop computer that has my Microsoft Access Database on it via the internet. I don't want to use a VPN and I am developing this in asp or asp.net. Both computers are on a dsl connection. Can it be done without having the database in an FTP Directory. Any ideas or directions is appreciated.

Thanks,
Josh

VPN is the best way. Firewall should prevent remote access even if shared drive. Can use PCAnywhere if u don't want VPN. Why don't you want it...?

I'm trying to do it to see if it can be done. Its a software project I'm going to turn in for my final project in a programming class.

Thanks,
Josh
