How can I use the search engine like a public library?
I want to find information regarding specific topics. Like using a card catalog at a library. I don't want advertizing, news breaks, web-sites. The public library catalog lists books by topic. I find the book and search for information.
Hopefully, finding specific information on the web can cut through all the searching
For exmple one general topic I am researching is "Planning". However, I do not want information on planning in general what I want specifically is to find a paragraph, article specifying the "importance of a vision and closing the gap to achieve it". How do I find this with out reading hundereds of hits?
