Hey people i was wondering if any of you guys might know of how much time it would take to make a PHP auction website
and if there are any people out there that can make it happen
what would the cost for building it would be

It depends on what exactly you are looking for. A "php auction website" is pretty generic. And yes, there are people out here who can make it happen. :)

if you could tell me how much it would cost to get it programmed up and running. I know someone looking for the cheapest way to make a auction website with easy to add product catagorys and is totally original

To be honest, unless I know more exactly what it needs to include, I can't really give you an estimate. I'd say a bare minimum (custom programmed) auction system would run no less than $1,000 and it can certainly go up from there.... Also, wherever it ends up getting hosted, PHP and mySQL is a must, and pre-installed phpMyAdmin will save them money.
