1. The pop-up looks good, very nice, although is not yours.
2. This text:

has no punctuation. I think that's wrong
3. The graphics in the background seem very OK, and they also seem like they belong to a different web site. Great graphic, yes, but they not only do not fit into the overall image of the web site, but they also seem like they are not copyright-free;
