I've come to use this forum quite often now.
I stick with php, javascript and as per the question, mySQL.
It would be nice to have a mySQL forum here as well.

Just a thought.

hi gsb...

until they create a mySQL forum here (if they do it at all)...
there is a pretty active forum at DevShed that you might want to check-out :

http://forums.devshed.com/f4/sc477c52d6cc589f2bd050a4f9f07bfe3

(you'll probably run into a few regulars from this forum over there as well)

hope that helps you find some answers...

Hey Khaki,
You should check out Database Journal (http://forums.databasejournal.com/index.php?s=) or PHP Builder (http://www.phpbuilder.com/board/). You should be able to find the information you are looking for
there. Database Journal has an entire section devoted to MySQL. Good Luck!

Thanks Richard...

But fortunately for me...
I have a DBA who handles the mySQL dirty-work.
I'm only responsible for the Access head-aches :) (and would they really be head-aches if it wasn't me that was responsible for them...? well... ummm... probably not  LOL)

But I'll let him know about the link (and I'm sure that gsb will find it usefull as well).

So anyway...
how come we rarely hear from you around here?
(just curious  )

;) k

I am in charge of all the 25+ forums that Jupitermedia owns. I invest quite a bit of time in all the forums but it's difficult to have a presence when I'm required in so many places. There's always a problem or an issue I have to deal with.
Thanks for asking.
