Can sombody give me suggestion on where in the net to find nice free fonts suitable for webb and also print?

i simply did a google search for free fonts and got plenty.

Well yea thats the first thing i try. The problem is that most of the fonts in the free pages are crappy stuff. Some years ago there was a lot of cool free stuff. It seems hard nowdays.

Yes do a google search you will find lots of results for free fonts.

Here's an issue... Are the fonts free for just for personal use or for commercial use as well?

yes, that is very important, but if he asked for free fonts i guess its for commercial use.

http://penguinfonts.com is also good, fonts are sorted by tags and licenses are clearly shown.

Seems to me it has changed.
A couple of months ago it was still free.

Now it isn't anymore :(
