Flash to Test Network Latency??

We are looking to create a flash movie for a webpage that would test network latency between an end users computers and our VoIP servers.

Is it even possible in flash to ping a server or does some sort network test between itself and the server, from which we could report the network latency?

yes to check your network latency you can check the ping test for your server,
Just visit this site www.whoisxy.com/ping.aspx , It has the best information of IP address, IP address to domain, domain name to IP,domain name, hosting, and ping test to know the particular connection is online or not!!!!!
