Hey,

I searched my sites indexes on google using the "site:www.xxx.com" search and found that only some of my pages were listed. Then I noticed a message saying:

"In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 12 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."

When I searched with the omitted included there were a ton of them. Is this because I have the same meta description on all my pages? Should I change it to be unique for every different page?

Each meta description should be just that ... a description of what is on the page. A summary is probably the best. It should be unique to the page It's what people read when they see your page listed on many search engines.

Each title and meta description should definitely be unique and descriptive of the page -- only the home page should describe the site as a whole. Additionally, it's best to focus on a maximum of 2-3 keywords per page, inserting them into your meta descriptions, titles and content.
