windows/iis forum software

Can anyone recommend some forum software that is compatible with a Windows/IIS server? Most of the review articles I find are those for Linux/Unix.

They used to have something called Community Server that ran off of ASP.Net 1.1 and SQL Server. Link I have listed is: http://www.asp.net/downloads/default11.aspx
