Hello! I'm from Romania and this week, on Monday, I've registred my first domain name (.ro).
Sorry for my English...
I have chosen only to buy the domain (just the domain name, without hosting) hoping I can set my old free subdomain address (I have a nice hosting there... 250 no ads MB, PHP & MySQL and it works very well).
But when I asked how can I configure my domain to point to my old subdomain, the firm from wich I bought the domain name simply refused to give me the information... (probably beacause I didn't bought a web hosting plan from them).
This is my question:
How can I set my .ro domain (I think the method is the same for any type of domains - .com, .net... etc) so when I type the new address in the browser to be redirected (is this called web forwarding?) to my old free subdomain?
Sorry again for any spelling mistakes... I'm from Romania.
Thank You.
