Ok... design wise the layout looks good. Your graphic text is a bit blurry though... I'd kill the stroke and emboss on it. I'd also make the terms of service in the header look more like a link or it will probably get missed.

Very nice. I like what I see. I pretty much agree with metalman3d although I have one more concern. I noticed that your service if free and on the page you display a link to a non-free service of the same type. I would advise rewording the link description. Instead of "paid hosting" put "premium hosting" or something like that. Stress an increase in quality, not an increase in price. ;) Other than that, keep up the good work.

thank you... The one that has paid has more space and options. But for what is free you cannot beat

Very slow to load, for me - 15 sec. for T1 line. Part of the bottom never did. (???)
Interior pages were even slower - 30 sec. or more.

It might be better to use actual text, rather than text in images. There's not much there for a search engine to index. Also, your text will have a cleaner look.

Also, you might experiment with margins and padding for your table cells, rather than using spacer gifs. They only add bulk to your page's size and download time.

another killer for download time is whitespace. Nice indented code is great when you're working on it, but really ads to the page load time. I recommend saving a formated version for editing, then taking the file and stripping out all of your indentions.
