My friend made me a photoshop layout for a website but when he sliced it didnt work but now i have the issue of making it sliced correctly so i can have all the content go on top of the content this is what he has given me

that red panel in the middle there is the content panel and when i add in the footer part it fulls to pieces is somone able to help me out with this?
