do anyone know where i can learn to make a banner and weblayout in photoshop right now my banner or weblayout /design skills arent that good and would like to improve them abit.

You can check also for lynda learning cd or VTC, make a search on google, you can check out the ADOBE site, they have a few good tutorials.
