I designed a site that uses frames. I frame is the player that streams the actual music for the site and the other frame isthe actual website.

It work fine on most pc's however I do get a lot of email from users that say it's not working.

I know it has to do with their browser settings. It must be set to not accept frames. My question is where is this setting located in the browser settings?

I would like to put a note on the site explaining to the user how to change this setting to accept frames.

Most browsers do frames and don't have a way to disable them. It's more likely a security setting or a markup problem.

you can modify the about:config in firefox to not allow frames, but most people wouldn't have messed with that to begin with.
