How to place an online html generator form on my site

Hi,

I would like to let my visitors generate html codes by inputing just text in a form. The users do not have any knowledge of html. Is there a script I can use to place such a form on my site ?

Something like this vB Code form that I am using now to
post this thread, just that I would like the output to be in html.
