Hope someone can help me!

If i type in the words snooker solutions in google i get this back-
Snooker Solutions Sorry, you don"t appear to have frame support. Go here instead - Snooker Solutions.
www.snookersolutions.co.uk/index.asp - 1k - Cached - Similar pages
if i then click on the heading link- SNOOKER SOLUTIONS- it takes me to a page by tiscali- 404 error
can i make a page on my website /index.asp
My website home page is /index.htm
so that anyone clicking on this link would go to my site- i could then put a link on this page to my home page- any ideas please!
