Economical "Call me" form

Hi,

I looked around the web for a "Call me" function. I only need something that allows the user to enter their name, number and a now or later @ radio button, with a send button to send the event to a preset e-mail address. Has nyone any ideas. I was also looking for a shareware. secure online chat function that did the same as Liveperson.com ...any ideas will again be welcomed....

What languages does your server support?

We are planning to use a SUN SPARC based server the fall back is windows/intel. As for the webserver app itself - we aint decided..

But do you know what serverside languages it will support? Such as PHP, ASP, CGI, CFML? It can be done in any of those languages, in PHP I know its only a few lines of code.
