Streaming Video

I'm trying to figure out how to provide streaming video and/or audio for some mpegs and mp3's I have made from my website. Are there web hosts out there that provide this service?

With the MPEG layer III files you need to use an *.m3u shortcut file to link to the *.mp3 before they will stream.
