Hi, i need help about google seo and meta tags in my site. How to increase google ranking? i already put relevant meta tags in my page, but i doesn't seem improving...

you need to build links to your site. One way relevant links. Try using queries like these:

"add a url" + "keyword"
"add a site" + "keyword"
"add link" + "keyword"
etc.

be creative in google with quries like these and search for all your keywords in the google index.
