I'm sure this has been discussed over and over, and I know I've seen this done, but I can't remember where I've seen it. I'm looking for a way to watermark an image so that it's not visible on the web, but if someone right-clicks to save it on their computer, the watermark would show up. Does anyone know a way to do that? Software maybe? Special code?

It can't be done... at least not in the manner you describe. You can embed copyright information in the visible image itself, or in the images meta-tags, or even use a digital watermark, but as far as I know there is no way to have the image not display visible copyright/watermark info while it's on the web and then have it magically appear if someone downloads it.
(Not to mention that this would be completely pointless, as a simple screenshot of the online version would still yield a watermark-free image)

Thanks - I didn't think of it that way.
