Gatekeeper Installation problem

Hi all,

I'm familiar with HTML and have been using Jave scripts for a couple of years. This is my first problem and the first time I've posted here. I searched and read the 3 returned back posts regarding Gatekeeper, which didn't help.

The problem: I've saved the code as instructed (all parts + the graphic cop), however don't know where to put it. The code instructions refer to a Gatekeeper (In) and Gatekeeper Page, however doesn't tell what these are. I need to know where to begin and where to put what parts of the code and the graphic.
