Do I need to use keywords/meta tags on other pages than the INDEX page?

If you have valid content on those pages, I would say yes.
Using keywords will help boost your page rankings in the engines.
On the other hand, if you don't want people entering your site at those pages, don't add the keywords. It won't stop the engines from indexing those pages (and therefore, they could still show up on a search), but it should help to keep your page rank low in any search results.

These days search engines don't bother much with keywords, but content is everything. Remember, they can't 'read' pictures, or make sense of scripts or flash.[:D ]
