image problem

Hi,

I'm having problems with one graphic on my website. www.northque.com I have checked to make sure that i have the link correct typed in and i have removed it from the server and reloaded it but it still wont appear. It is the banner at the top of the screen on every page and i just can't figure it out. Can someone have a look and tell me what ive missed please. :confused:

Well its obviously not on the server, or it has the wrong permissions set, or maybe even a different file name or location.

It is on the server, i can log in and double click on it and it will open and show me the image.
