Need help creating a new window, for linked images

Ok, not sure if this belongs in the general forum, but anyhow....at the moment, I have all my images/art hyperlinked to refresh in the current window, however what Id like to do is have it where you click on 'x-men' and 'x-men' opens in a new window at a specified size...? Anyhow, I've been searching for any script that would accomplish this, to no avail.~web design is pretty new to me, my whole site is put together with micro. frontpage, I have dreamweaver, but still sort of confused by it~thanks! you can email me any suggestions/script links at shelby@anelektrix.com
