Just found this MENU (http://www.grc.com/menu2/invitro.htm) for anyone looking for a menu without using js. :D

That menu uses a nasty hack to make it work in IE5-6/Win. It only validates because it uses conditional comments to only show the invalid nesting to IE5-6/Win. It also uses a <table> that would otherwise be unnecessary and is semantically incorrect.
