Need Help with my form! Thanks

Is there a way to get my form to add up and produce 3 different results to the end user? If so, how would I do that get the form to add. Then produce a written result. i.e. if <23 result Good
=23 result fair
>23 reslut Bad

What exactly do you mean by add up. Please give more specifics on the form, is it on submit or the changing of an element/text box/check box/etc..?

The form is a submit form need the form to add 1+1=2 with the result listed above.
