Creatin a URL or web address

Ok, so i created a html page with notepad, but how do i create a web page out of it with my own address? :confused:

To create a web site containing web pages you have created you need three things.

1. Web hosting that provides space and bandwidth where you can put your web pages where they can be accessed on the web.
2. A registered domain name that points to your web hosting.
3. A program that can copy your web pages from your computer to your hosting.

If you find somewhere to host your site then they will probably help you to get the other two as well.
