Alrighty, so I have a small little problem. I planned on relaunching my Web design site as "Vesper Graphics". I couldn't find any other web development services that use the term "vesper" but I was on webmaster2020.com and saw that there is a banner exchange network called the "Vesper Exchange".
Problem is I don't know whether to come up with a new name or not. I don't want people to think I'm ripping anyone off. Anyone have any suggestion? They are of course much appreciated.

Considering my name, and URL, I'm either the best person for this topic, or the worst. ;) I did a Google search on vesper and I got 157,000 hits. You aren't the only vesper site trying to make it's way through the name game. When I went through finding a site name I certainly didn't think I was trying to rip off anybody named Matt. I was just trying to have a simple URL name that was easy to remember. Since my name is so common, it took some playing around with, but I got it at an acceptable level. I also really thought about using a name that was straight forward, but would hopefully be unique enough that nobody else would have something like it. I just went with the one like my name for now. I'm still keeping the idea of the other name for a later point incase I do want to end up using it for something.

thanks for the feedback. i knew that plenty of other sites used it. i browsed through the first few pages of results looking for things that were web developer-related and really didn't see anything. when i saw the banner thing, it just sort of reminded me that the name wasn't very original, and i didn't know if it was a good idea to go forward with it.
