Contract

I saw the sticky above on contracts, but didn't get a whole lot of help. Does anyone have a contract they use for creating web sites on a small scale (i.e. for personal, not business sites) that they'd be willing to share? Or a pointer to a site that might provide one?

I'm just looking to get an understanding of what's usually in one - I understand the recommendations to consult a lawyer, etc.
