More form Help!!

Hi all, I used pyro's form and it worked great , I asked if there was a script so all the fields had to be filled out and pyro gave me THIS (http://forums.webdeveloper.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11886) ...

I cant seem to get the one where all the fields must be filled in to work at all..

It goes from the form to sendmail.php and gets stuck in the browser... then gives an error message..

any ideas!!??
