easy administration

Is there an easy way for a user with no website/html knowledge to be able to change/update text articles on a site.
Is there a script which I can use?

You are going to need server side code to do this... PHP, CGI/Perl, ASP, etc. You could probably find scripts at http://php.resourceindex.com or http://cgi.resourceindex.com or contact a programmer (such as myself, if your server supports PHP) to create one for you...
